By using this website or working with SparkInk, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
We provide digital marketing services including content, advertising, and website work. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
What you keep
When an engagement ends, you keep everything we built for you, the website, content, ad accounts, and data. Nothing is held hostage.
Payment
Fees, timelines, and payment terms are set out in your individual proposal. Late or missed payments may pause active work.
Results
We work hard and report honestly every week, but no agency can guarantee specific rankings, sales, or returns. We commit to effort, transparency, and continual improvement.
Liability
SparkInk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it.
